Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has been shipped.

The time it takes to process the order can vary depending on potential delays due to high volume of orders, postal service problems, holidays, or COVID-19 protocol. In the event of a delay, we will provide a notice.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer. Dar Medina is not responsible for stolen, damaged, or delayed packages, nor for lost orders that were submitted with incorrect delivery information. 

By submitting an order, you agree to these conditions.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Dar Medina reserves the right to make adjustment to the shipping rates.

Local delivery

We do not provide local delivery at this time.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our storefront. Please see the map below for directions. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 or 2 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are normal store hours from 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday; however, if you make an appointment, we will be available to serve you. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping, at this point.

Tracking Information

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mostafakhchich@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Exchanges

Online

All online orders are final. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Dar Medina takes pride in our goods and in the relationships we build with our customers. In the event a problem arises with shipping or with any of our products, please contact us in case there is a way we may fix the issue. Any exceptions to our shop policies are at the discretion of Dar Medina.

IN-STORE

In-store purchases at Midtown Global Market may be eligible for exchange at Mostafa’s discretion. No refunds or returns are given; however, we can offer store credit.

In the case of rug trials, refunds may be given on clean and undamaged rugs only if a prior written agreement has been reached.
